It is an endeavour to promote better living for the community with the active participation and/or the initiative at the individual or Corporate level. To mention a few -Certified Skill Devp Course for students of BPL for Zila Parishads, Security Training & Placement of Tribal Youth, Orphanages , Mentally Special Children, Children of Commercial sex workers and many more. Corporate houses Like Lupin Foundation & Praj Industries & Organisations like Lions & Rotary Clubs had sought our Involvement.
Youth is the most powerful and precious resource of a Nation. Objective of these programmes is to Tap and Harness this “Energy” appropriately through well designed developmental path that nurtures relevant Skill Sets and Channelizes their Passion. An Individual is Groomed to Craft an Effective Approach to ones Career Trajectory, both as a student and as a part of an organization.

“Social and emotional skills” refer to the abilities to regulate one’s thoughts, emotions and behaviour. These skills differ from cognitive abilities such as literacy or numeracy because they mainly concern how people manage their emotions, perceive themselves and engage with others, rather than indicating their raw ability to process information. But, like literacy and numeracy, they are dependent on situational factors and responsive to change and development through formal and informal learning experiences. Importantly, social and emotional skills influence a wide range of personal and societal outcomes throughout one’s life.
